You can also find those for preservatives, including sorbic acid, potassium sorbate (sorbic acid K) and (Na), which restrict the growth of microorganisms that cause the rotting and deterioration of food.There is also a significant amount of something called "flavoring" aiming to enhance the smell of processed products.These are considered highly useful since such items enhance the taste of processed food and maintain freshness over a longer period of time.However, we think that it might be good to occasionally enjoy the experience provided by the effort of producers and manufacturers and the original taste from nature. • The color might surprise those who see them for the first time.This is a color that does not come from burning or charcoal-smearing.The roaster creates a certain smell and color as if it has been smoked by handling a large amount of smoke and flame and surrounding the meat with the smoke as the grease of the chicken drops into the fire.This is the reason for the dark charcoal grill marks seen on Miyazaki chicken.Chicken meat charcoal-roasted using this method looks black. However, it is a masterpiece that delivers a certain kind of tastiness and a unique smell that will disperse throughout your mouth. • Preservative usage might enable food to be stored for a longer period of time without any increase in cost.However, we thought that it would be better not to use these as we were trying to introduce the food culture we wanted to protect to a broader audience.Therefore, following a rigorous search for a method to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients using only a minimum amount of preservatives, we have discovered a heat-and-pressure sterilization method.This sterilization method causes a cost increase. However, because of that, we managed to create charcoal-roasted chicken that brings out the original flavor of the ingredients using only a minimum amount of preservatives at the same time.It will not take up valuable refrigerator space. • All manufacturing is performed by human workers, from cutting, seasoning, grilling, and bagging, until the manufacturing process has been completed.There may be slight variations in terms of seasoning, size, and color.It is not produced by a machine, but manufactured by humans every day.As such, since it is made by human hands, it cannot be mass produced.Manufacturing will continue to proceed every day to meet our customers’ orders.
