How to use Starlink
Account setup and communication contract with Space X
To use Starlink, you need to make a contract with Space X by yourself.

1. https://www.starlink.com/jp/activateを開く
2. enter your Starlink ID and click “New Account” *(If you have an existing account, click “Existing Account”)
Starlink ID” is the number starting with ‘KIT’ on the label on the outer box.
3. enter your address and select “Search
Select a plan and click “Proceed to Payment”.

5. enter contact and billing information and press “Order” *Service is activated immediately after order confirmation.

*A power conversion adapter for Japanese domestic specifications is included.
*5GHz band use is limited to indoor use. Outdoor use of the included router is prohibited by the Radio Law. When using outdoors, please use only the 2.4GHz band in the application settings.
*Please contact a professional electrician if you intend to install the router by electrical work or by drilling a hole in an exterior wall.
*A separate contract with Starlink is required for communication contract.
